We invite you to join us at VALA2022, ‘re-imagined’ as a mash-up event, merging the traditional 3-day Onsite program at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre with a new Online channel for those not able to attend in person.
Importantly the new dual format provides you with additional avenues for exposure and engagement with the VALA community. In addition to the in-person Onsite exposure, you have the opportunity to showcase your organisation on the integrated Online platform. Within the Online Vendor Marketplace, your company will be profiled with a brief description and you company logo, with the option to upload brochure collateral or video content you would like to share with delegates and the chance to connect with the Online participants.
Note: Only Onsite sponsors and exhibitors will be able to participate in the Online Vendor Marketplace.
And of course, you can increase your profile by investing in sponsorship opportunities that provide additional exposure to both the Onsite and Online participants.

VALA appreciates the challenges our community has faced over the past year and we’ve modified our program accordingly with this dual offering. We have been encouraged by feedback from both vendors and delegates that there is an appetite for a return to in-person events and whilst our on-site footprint may be smaller than in previous years, the exposure to our community has not been diminished.

Sponsorship Opportunities
VALA2022 Sponsorship opportunities have been created with our Vendors in mind – and with respect for the challenges we’ve all faced in the past couple of years. Exhibition Opportunities
Exhibitors can select from our popular Upgraded Exhibition Stands or the Standard Exhibition Stand, and exhibitors of the Onsite Conference also have the opportunity to participate in the Online Vendor Marketplace.
The Vendor Marketplace will offer each vendor a profile showcasing:
- Company logo
- Contact details
- 150 word profile
- Video link to your material on YouTube or other public platform
- Downloadable collateral (limit of 6 files)
- Access to Online Delegates through the Meeting Hub by live chat or video calls and at designated times within the Online program.

VALA2022 Exhibition
VALA is excited to present the VALA2022 Exhibition Hall in the Sovereign Room at the MCEC on Level 1, with all catering served within this area, and Conference sessions held on the Ground Floor.
As an exhibitor, you will be able to make valuable connections with both Onsite and Online delegates. You also have the opportunity to invite your own potential or current customers to visit you during the Onsite Conference using our free Customer Passes.

VALA2022 Bring IT On – Onsite! will welcome speakers, vendors and delegates back to a much-anticipated face to face Conference experience from 8 – 10 February 2022 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
VALA2022 Bring IT On – Online! will offer speakers, vendors and delegates unable to travel an interactive platform to contribute to and participate in quality Conference content in real or pre-recorded timescapes.

With an active and growing database of over 3,000 supporters, VALA offers a rich network of professionals working in the information technology and library space. VALA2022 will be marketing through print, electronic and social media to ensure maximum exposure for your organisation, including:
