Registration and Attendance Policy:
Paid in Full
Registrations must be paid in full prior to the event. VALA reserves the right to cancel outstanding registrations at any time.
Attendance
Participation is the responsibility of the Registrant. If a registrant is unable to attend any part of TC19, VALA is under no obligation to provide refund, transfer or credit and will do so at its discretion.
Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations must be requested by email to the VALA Secretariat (vala@vala.org.au ) by 28 February 2019 to receive a full refund (less 10% processing fee). Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
Transfer of registration must be requested by email to the VALA Secretariat (vala@vala.org.au ) by 3 April 2019; there is no processing fee for transfers. All efforts will be made to support transfers after this date but cannot be guaranteed.
