Topic: Leaning In for Managers: Follow-up discussion
Managers are facing unexpected challenges during 2020, including supporting staff through periods of uncertainty, and dealing with their own and their team’s feelings of grief and loss. Join us to discuss how you, as managers in the GLAM sector, have found strategies to support staff through this period, and take care of yourself, and what those lessons mean for how you approach your role as a leader into the future.
To keep it conversational, inclusive and personal, we’re limiting numbers to 25.
