Print your own copy of the VALA2006 Registration Form, which is published over the web in .pdf (portable document format). To view a .pdf file you will require a copy of the Adobe Reader (a free product) installed on your computer. Click on the Adobe Reader logo at the side to download a copy. Complete the registration form and forward it by mail or fax to the address as noted, with your payment. |

Cancellation Policy: Registration Fees |
| Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office thirty (30) days prior to the conference commencement date will receive a refund less a handling fee. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Vala2006 Conference Office. |
