These papers are published over the web in .pdf (portable document format). To view a .pdf file you will require a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free product) installed on your computer. Note that, other than keynote presentations and some invited papers as indicated, each paper presented at the conference was fully refereed to DEST standards. That is, in a single-blind two-round process, at least two members of a national review panel have reviewed each paper. |
