End-of-year Meeting

** Note Different Venue and Day**

Eyes Up - How Not to Read a Paper!

Simply reading your academic paper at the lectern is guaranteed to have your audience drifting off.
How do you transform your research from paper to an engaging presentation?
How do you stop nerves undermining a smooth performance?

Deanne Riddington takes up the challenge as she takes you through speaking styles, slide tips, and keeping bad habits and anxiety in check.

Speaker: Deanne Riddington

Deanne Riddington is the Nurse Education Manager at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. She has been in nurse education for 13 years and has postgraduate qualifications in both education and advanced nursing practice. She regularly facilitates workshops for people who are venturing into presenting at workshops and conferences.
