There's an App for That! From Android to iPad, the App is defining a shift in our information consumption and creation. Smart phones and tablet computers are becoming a preferred method of internet access. What does this mean? What possibilities does it create? If you're curious as to what defines an App, whether you can have too many or think that they might be contagious, then join Bart and Stuart as they take you on their App journey. Bart Rutherford is currently the Libraries Online Resources Librarian at Wesley College, and is also Programme Committee Chair for VALA2012. Stuart Bush is a qualified trainer and teacher in the field of multimedia and has been involved in many volunteering groups, from youth camps to experimental video art and film festivals. Having spent just under a year at the Apple Store, Stuart has returned to Wesley College. FREE ENTRY Not a VALA member? Visitors are welcome at VALA meetings - just come!
