Abstract
This paper examines the background and initial development of an online training resource, created in response to a comprehensive skills audit of Victorian Public Library Staff in late 2013. The audit revealed a capacity and confidence gap between respondents and manager expectations in the area of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and general digital literacy. The training resource will address ICT skills and confidence through a hybrid of structured content and challenge/inquiry-based learning and reflection.

Abstract
The cloud offers libraries many benefits, the best known ones being financial and IT related savings. But how much is this worth and is that all there is? If libraries move their IT into the cloud, whether by choice or necessity, it is important to know what the forecast is and to be ready for it. This paper explores the variety of cloud computing options available, summarises the main benefits and concerns of using these options, provides examples of how cloud computing is already being utilised successfully and outlines how libraries can best plan to make the move to the cloud.

Abstract
How well do Web 2.0 tools work for libraries? There have been countless articles written about which Web 2.0 tools libraries should be using and for what purposes, but what about the success of those that are already being used? Casey-Cardinia Library Corporation (CCLC) conducted a survey of online and in-building users over a two-week period to discover their awareness of and use of CCLC’s five library blogs. This data, in conjunction with statistics from Google Analytics, provided an interesting insight into library users and their interaction with CCLC’s Web 2.0 endeavours.
